Terms & Conditions – Sri Lakshmi Images

1. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after payment of an advance deposit. The advance amount is non-refundable and secures the event date exclusively for the client.

2. Payment Terms
The remaining balance must be paid on or before the event date unless otherwise agreed. Final edited photos/videos will be delivered only after full payment is completed.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
In case of cancellation by the client, the advance payment will not be refunded. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be informed in advance.

4. Delivery Timeline
Photo and video delivery timelines vary depending on the project. Standard delivery is within the agreed timeframe after the event. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated.

5. Creative Rights
Sri Lakshmi Images retains creative control over editing style, color grading, and final output. Raw/unedited files are not provided unless previously agreed in writing.

6. Client Cooperation
The client agrees to provide a safe and cooperative working environment. Delays caused by the client or guests may affect coverage quality and timeline.

7. Copyright & Usage
Sri Lakshmi Images holds the copyright to all images and videos. The company may use selected work for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless the client requests privacy in writing.

8. Data Storage
Files are stored for a limited period after delivery. Clients are responsible for backing up their final files once received.

9. Liability
While every care is taken, Sri Lakshmi Images is not liable for loss caused by equipment failure, accidents, natural events, or circumstances beyond control.

10. Agreement
Booking Sri Lakshmi Images confirms acceptance of these terms and conditions.
